Shipping & Returns
JUST IN CASE
Many items are made to order. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you need your pieces more quickly, please email us and see if we can work with you. We will certainly do our best to meet your time needs.
Currently, we are only shipping within the US, but again, please contact us to see about shipping to other countries. As we grow, we will be expanding this.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received the wrong order or there is a defect), we will also pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
