A whimsical Czech glass dragonfly wonderfully highlights the gorgeous colors that were produced when fire met copper.

It begins with a shape, a copper canvas, hand cut from a sheet of copper. Copper wire was soldered to accent the piece and then came the flame and finally, several coats to seal it.

It hangs from a 36" antique copper chain, but the chain links will accomodate the clasp and the pendant easily glides on the chain, so you can hang it at any length. You can even double the chain.  

This is such a fun piece of wearable art. It is one of a kind.
