I do my best to ship as quickly as possible. If it is in stock, it will ship within 2-3 business days.
But for custom pieces or out of stock pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you need your pieces more quickly, please email me and see if I can work with you. I will certainly do me best to meet your time needs.
Currently, I am only shipping within the US, but again, please contact me to see about shipping to other countries. As I grow, I will be expanding this.
You may return or exchange most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of my error (you received the wrong order or there is a defect), I will also pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for me to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes me to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
